Revamped Swivel Club Chairs

Gaaahhhh!! This fabric on this pair of swivel chairs gave me a fright the first time I saw it.

 In their defense, they previously served a media/movie room and were purchased in the early 2000's. So there you go. After many years wearing this upholstery,they were deserving of an update. The room is transitioning to a sunnier TV/entertaining space with the sherbet striped rug as the color inspiration.

The club chairs got new rosy linen slipcovers with buttery yellow velvet trim. I would say that this first photo is the closest to the actual color. 

And here's a peek at the valances I made for the windows from the yellow velvet, trimmed with a fun button braid.
