It's another nice quality piece of furniture with simple lines that can slide into nearly any decorating situation with ease. In this case, he's moving from a formal setting to a weekend retreat. I'm not sure why it feels masculine to me- maybe it's the khaki & white scheme.
The fabric was lovely to work with, a soft poly/rayon that looks exactly like linen but hardly wrinkles and stretches just enough to hug the curves and angles beautifully.
